Sure, having the option to order online is convenient, but here at Comfort Option, we believe that our customers should have every opportunity to make a well-informed decision on their mattress purchases. That is why we have made it a priority to supplement our online presence with a physical one.
A recent study conducted by Butler University found that over 90% of participants said they’d prefer to try a mattress in a showroom prior to purchasing. The numbers are clear and, we’d like you to know, our doors our open.
Whether it is the showroom attached to our headquarters or our Fort Ben showroom, our locations allow each guest to take their time, learn the product, and test each of their customized mattress constructions prior to purchasing. One of our team members will be there to meet you and will gladly assist you and answer any questions you may have. We can even give you a behind-the-scenes look at how our mattresses are made, if you’re interested.
